The 4-week M.Y.T.E programme is designed to help children manage their thoughts and emotions. It introduces them to the importance of mental and emotional health for living a happy, healthy life.
M.Y.T.E stands for Manage Your Thoughts and Emotions and our programme is centered on the M.Y.T.E toolkit: a toolkit comprising of 4 tools that support a child’s wellbeing.
The 4 tools found within the programme are:
Week 1 – Breathe Tool
Week 2 – Feel Tool
Week 3 – Think Tool
Week 4 – Move Tool
Each week, children focus on one of the four M.Y.T.E tools. Every day, they practice using that tool to better understand their thoughts and feelings, helping them build confidence and resilience.
What Children Will Learn:

- The four tools of the M.Y.T.E toolkit, their benefits, and how to practice them.
- Lucy’s Lightbulb – teaches children the techniques of each M.Y.T.E tool and how they help build confidence, resilience, and emotional understanding.
- Meditation – why breath control is paramount and how it supports the body.
